All non IV-D customers who either receive or pay support through the Support Payment Clearinghouse may request Family Support to provide an arrearage calculation. There is a fee associated with the calculation that needs to be paid at the time of the request. A case is considered non IV-D if neither party to the case has received cash assistance, (i.e. AFDC or TANF) in the past, nor had applied for IV-D State services (i.e. establishes paternity, establishes or enforces support).
